{"id":1944,"date":"2018-02-02T15:34:45","date_gmt":"2018-02-02T15:34:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/malliarilawoffice.gr\/protection-from-auctions-mortgages-of-main-residence\/"},"modified":"2018-02-02T15:34:45","modified_gmt":"2018-02-02T15:34:45","slug":"protection-from-auctions-mortgages-of-main-residence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/malliarilawoffice.gr\/en\/protection-from-auctions-mortgages-of-main-residence\/","title":{"rendered":"PROTECTION FROM AUCTIONS-MORTGAGES OF MAIN RESIDENCE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Electronic auctions, as well as the possibility of selling non-performing loans to funds, create new data against which only those borrowers who are in financial \u2013 property weakness will be able to defend themselves.<\/p>\n<p>Borrowers who are unable to repay their debt can only be protected through their subordination to the law or the out-of-court mechanism, in the case of businesses or freelancers.<br \/>\nIn order for someone who is financially unable to submit an application (until 31\/12\/2018) to protect their main residence in the Katseli law, they must meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>1) Gross income (before taxes) up to 13,906 euros for unmarried people up to 35,086 euros for four-member families<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unmarried \u20ac 13,906 (before taxes)<\/li>\n<li>Married \u20ac 23,659 (before taxes)<\/li>\n<li>Married with one child \u20ac 29,373 (before taxes)<\/li>\n<li>Married with two children \u20ac 35,086 (before taxes)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2) The value of the main residence at the time of discussion of the application, not to exceed:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For the unmarried \u20ac 180,000<\/li>\n<li>For the married person \u20ac 220,000<\/li>\n<li>For the married with one child the \u20ac 240,000<\/li>\n<li>For the married with two children the \u20ac 260,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the borrower does not meet even one of the above criteria, it is impossible to apply.<\/p>\n<p>With the new regime of the law, they can be included in the judicial regulation in addition to the debts to the bank and debts to the State, except for those that constitute a criminal offence (eg VAT, fines, etc.).
