Final drafting of the Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure Establishment and establishment of a special legal preparation committee for the final formulation of the drafts of the Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Taking into consideration: 1) The provisions: a) of article 5 par. 6 of law 2408/1996 (Government Gazette Α΄ 104), as amended by article 10 of Law 3060/2002 (Government Gazette Α΄ 242) «Regulation of issues within the competence of the Ministry of Justice», b) of article 21 of law 4354/2015 (Government Gazette Α΄176) “Management of non-performing loans, wage regulations and other urgent provisions for the implementation of the fiscal agreement goals and structural reforms »
- c) of article 7 par. 2 par. b of law 3469/2006 “National Printing Office, its Newspaper Government and other provisions ”(Government Gazette Α΄ 131), as in force d) of p.d. 125 / 5.11.2016 «Appointment of Ministers, Deputy Ministers and Undersecretaries» ( Government Gazette Α΄ 210) 2) The document no. 7859 / 8.9.2017 of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Supreme Court. 3) The need to set up and set up a special legal drafting committee. 4) The fact that the provisions hereof do not cause any expense.
It is officially decided that:
- A) The establishment and establishment of a special legal preparation committee for the final configuration of the plans of the Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure. The special drafting committee consists of:
Nikolaos Pantelis of Dimitriou, Deputy Prosecutor of the Supreme Court, as President
Christoforos Argyropoulos of Dimitriou, Lawyer, and
Theodoros Mantas of Panagiotis, Lawyer, as members.
Panagiota Boura, Elias, an employee of the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights, will be the secretary of the above Committee.
The Commission must complete its work by October 1, 2017.
B) The President, the members and the secretary of the above special legal preparation committee shall not be reimbursed.
